On Wednesday night this week, Ethan and John had the chance to wallow in the “pigpen” of the Flying Pigs QRP Club. Flying Pig members participate in the monthly “Walk For The Bacon”, a 5 watt slow speed CW event that challenges perseverance and determination. Members exchange RST, QTH, QRA, and member numbers. 2 way contacts are confirmed and uploaded to the event autolog for event results. Other monthly events include “Run For The Bacon”, a faster speed CW “squealing”. Congrats to Ethan and John.
